Welcome to Autumn Creek Ranch! Autumn Creek Ranch offers many diverse landscapes, from the valley with a year-round creek, heavily wooded areas, and wind swept meadows.  We enjoy scenic views of Waugh Mountain,  Pike's Peak, the Sangre de Christo range, and the Collegite Peaks from various points on the ranch. 

Autumn Creek Ranch is a gated community located far from the hustle and bustle of city life. We are seven miles from the nearest paved road, yet all parcels have access to electricity and phone service. Our 10+ miles of roads provide year-round access, although it can sometimes be a challenge in the winter. Autumn Creek Ranch has 72 unique parcels, at least 35 acres each.

We have a wide variety of wildlife on the ranch. mule deer, antelope, bear, mountain lion, lynx, bobcat, coyote, turkey, eagles, hawks, and other creatures share this wonderful place with us.

We are fortunate enough to have direct access to BLM Land and 640 acres of State Trust Land.
